SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S. and flat rate shipping on international orders.
We have the following shipping options available:


Standard Shipping: 3-4 Business Days


Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days


Orders ship Monday-Friday, we do not ship on the weekend.


Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. All orders process within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen, once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility.

Please, be sure to use the correct information in regards to your address when placing a order,  changes can no longer be made once your order is purchased. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. Shipping fees are non refundable.

PRE-ORDERS
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Haus Of Dolsai is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact and file a claim with the carrier directly.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
No Refunds or exchanges all sales are final. Please check product description before placing your order.
